We love cake and we love love love cupcakes and there is a new spot in Broadbeach that you must head to if you’re a cake lover too! The Cup Cake Parlour . It’s a real treat for the kids as the icing is stacked on nice and high and most of the cakes even have more treats on top too! Like the Zee Malteaser - chocolate cake, chocolate icing and chocolate malteasers on top – no teasing here it’s loaded up for you to dig into! The assortment is really exquisite and It doesn’t stop there, taste fairy floss flavoured cup cakes, Oreo cookie cupcakes, even a little miss piggy for your little miss. How about Rockn Road, a double whammy of marshmallow, cherries and drizzled with melted chocolate…oh yeah…and then there is the chocolate cake under that too!
See your kids eyes light up as they look at the display of cupcakes and get to make that big decision on which one to choose. The café is quaint with pink and white candy striped décor and alfresco grass. There are a few tables that are somewhat pram friendly but also a great choice for cupcakes on the go for the toddlers and then head to Kurrawa Park to run off the sugar high! The bigger kids will sit still long enough to devour one of these scrumptious cakes (ok maybe just the icing) and a babycino.
The Cupcake Parlour make their cupcakes fresh daily and they are frosted by hand – so made with love. You can even choose from gluten free, dairy free or vegan cupcakes if your little one (or you) are on a special diet.
If you love it and want them to do something custom made, they offer custom made orders for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate etc. Anything can be celebrated with cake – isn’t that right all you cake lovers!!
They also serve cold drinks, coffee and teas and other biscuits, but those biscuits hardly get a looking with all those divine cupcakes staring at you winning all the attention!
